1. What these terms cover

They apply to the developpia.fr website and to the rdv.developpia.fr booking tool (called “Créno”), published by DeveloppIA, whose contact details appear in the legal notice. Using either one means you accept these terms. If they do not suit you, do not use the service.

2. What we offer

DeveloppIA is an SEO agency for dental practices. The website presents our work and provides guides, examples of our work and free analysis tools. Créno is used to book a phone or video call with us, and also serves as our team’s internal calendar.

Paid services are not ordered through this website. They are covered by a quote and a contract signed separately, which take precedence over these terms.

3. Two uses, two audiences

Visitors can browse the website, use the analysis tools and book an appointment. No account is needed. You agree to provide accurate information: a false phone number makes the appointment useless for everyone.

Members of the DeveloppIA team have personal access to Créno’s private area and can connect their Google Calendar to it. This access is personal and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, and you must tell us without delay if you believe it has been compromised.

4. Access to Google Calendar

Connecting a Google Calendar to Créno is optional and reversible. Créno then reads your busy times and creates the appointment events, with their video call link, in your primary calendar. The exact permissions requested, what is stored and how to end the access are set out in our privacy policy.

You can withdraw this access at any time from Créno’s settings or from your Google account, without notifying us and without giving a reason.

5. What is prohibited

• Booking fake appointments, in bulk or under a false identity.
• Attempting to access the private area, another user’s data or our systems without authorization.
• Automatically extracting the website’s content or overloading the service with repeated requests.
• Reusing our texts, analyses or work for your own business without our written consent.

In the event of a breach, we may cancel an appointment, block access or refuse a booking, without notice.

6. The free analysis tools

The SEO test and the profitability simulator rely on public data and on calculation assumptions. They give an order of magnitude intended to open the discussion, not a guaranteed result or a quantified commitment. The decisions you make based on these estimates remain your own.

7. Service availability

We do our best to keep the website and Créno accessible, without committing to continuous availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, if a provider has an outage, or for any external cause. A confirmed appointment remains valid even if the tool is temporarily unavailable: we will still call you.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logos, code and structure of the website belong to DeveloppIA, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written permission is prohibited. The websites shown in the “Examples” section are samples we created: the practices, practitioners and reviews featured on them are fictitious.

9. Liability

We are liable for direct damage caused by a failure on our part. We are not liable for indirect damage, in particular any loss of revenue or patients attributed to the website being unavailable or to the use of the free tools. Nothing in these terms limits our obligations in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct, or the rights the law grants to consumers.

10. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time you use the service, with its update date. A significant change would be notified directly to team members.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we first seek an amicable solution: write to contact@developpia.fr. Failing agreement, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. If you are a consumer, you retain the right to bring the matter before the courts of your place of residence and to use a consumer mediator.
